The roleWe wish to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Cover Supervisor to join our team. We’re looking for an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and initiative.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team, making a real difference to our students’ lives, and supporting staff to succeed in their roles. Every day will be different. You’ll be valued and recognised as an essential part of our team helping college life to function smoothly.

Experience of working with young people, excellent written and oral communication skills and commitment to our shared values are essential. Experience of working with young men or the ability to speak a community language would be welcome additions to our team.

Educated to a minimum of Level 3 essential
Literacy & Numeracy skills to Level 2 within the National Qualification & Curriculum Framework (QCF) essential
(PGCE) For those who do not have an education-focused undergraduate degree desirable
