Position: Higher Level Teacher Assistant, SEMH Lead

We are seeking an exceptional individual who has the highest aspirations and expectations for young people and is passionate about ensuring that they can go on to lead a happy and successful life. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a new initiative and to shape a new provision within the academy.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Provision you will contribute and lead on areas within the provision, using your extensive knowledge of SEMH to inform your approaches and to ensure that all pupils can both excel and succeed. You will provide specialist SEMH support for all learners, as well as contributing to the development of other staff within the area of SEMH.
