We are seeking exceptional individuals who have the highest aspirations and expectations for young people and are passionate about ensuring that they can go on to lead a happy and successful life. Working under the guidance of the SENDCO and an Assistant SENDCO, you will implement agreed programmes of learning with individuals or small groups both inside and outside of the classroom setting, ensuring that the highest standards continue to be met.
You will develop and sustain strong routines, inspire pupils to engage widely across the school – for example in extracurricular activities and leadership roles – and will maintain the highest of standards at all times.

Responsibilities include implementing learning programmes as directed by the SENDCO and Assistant SENDCO, developing and maintaining strong routines, inspiring pupils to engage in extracurricular activities and leadership roles, and ensuring that high standards are upheld in both classroom and external settings.
The role requires a commitment to co‑operative values, participation in ongoing professional development, and adherence to the Trust’s safeguarding policies. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
