Finishing your PGCE/QTS and looking to secure your first long-term role?

We re working with a range of supportive secondary schools across Greater Manchester seeking ECTs for long-term placements, with opportunities to continue into permanent roles.

Day-to-day supply is also available, but the focus is on consistent, longer-term positions where you can settle in and develop.

• Deliver lessons across your subject at KS3 KS4 (KS5 where relevant)
• Take on full classroom responsibilities in long-term placements
• Build relationships with students and staff
• Plan, mark, and contribute to the department where required

• ECTs completing PGCE/QTS in 2026
• Strong subject knowledge in your specialism
• Confident classroom presence
• Keen to secure a long-term position

• £145 £ 168.80 per day dependent on school
• Long-term placements with consistency and stability
• Opportunities to transition into permanent roles
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
• AWR uplift after 12 weeks in long-term placements
• Guaranteed pay contracts available from October 2026
• Flexible day-to-day work available if preferred

• Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
• Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability and qualifying criteria).
