Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:30pm (varies depending on placement)

We work with a wide range of secondary schools and academies, offering:

• Day‑to‑day supply teaching
• Short‑term and long‑term cover roles
• Subject specialist placements
• General cover and flexible teaching roles
• KS3 and KS4 teaching opportunities
• SEN and alternative provision settings
• Pathways into permanent positions

Depending on the assignment, you may be:

• Delivering pre‑planned lessons across your subject area
• Providing general cover across a range of subjects
• Taking on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation and marking
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting student progress and engagement
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
• Working collaboratively with departmental and pastoral teams

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in secondary schools (subject specialist or general cover)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skillsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Salary will be dependent upon proven experience, qualifications, and the expectations and requirements of the role.
