We support both qualified secondary teachers and experienced cover staff, offering flexible opportunities that suit your lifestyle and career goals.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:30pm (varies depending on placement)

Depending on the assignment, you may be:
- Delivering pre‑planned lessons across your subject area
- Providing general cover across a range of subjects
- Taking on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation and marking
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting student progress and engagement
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Working collaboratively with departmental and pastoral teams
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in secondary schools (subject specialist or general cover)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skillsA commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Salary will be dependent upon proven experience, qualifications, and the expectations and requirements of the role.
