Engage Education are working with a fantastic secondary school in the Manchester area who are eager to find a flexible, outgoing and reliable Behaviour Support Mentor to provide dedicated 1:1 academic and emotional support to KS3 & KS4 students in need of a consistent foundation of support.

• Creating tailored academic support outside of classroom for students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties
• Focus on building meaningful and productive rapport with students across academic year
• Monitoring student progress and feeding back to relevant department leads
• Located in the Manchester area
• Paid £95 - £100 per day during term time
• September 2026 start
  - Monday to Friday role with usual school working hours
