Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in an Early Years setting?

Cover People are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe to recruit a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Reception team where you'll play a key role in helping children thrive during the most important stage of their education.

The Role

You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's academic, social and emotional development. The role includes both whole-class support and working with small groups or individual children, helping to create a positive, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or equivalent.
Recent experience supporting children within an EYFS classroom.
A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
Experience delivering phonics and supporting early literacy and numeracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
