- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (during term time only) Are you experienced with special needs and seeking a new opportunity within SEMH? We are working with a Secondary Pupil Referral Unit in Manchester to recruit a calm and resilient Behaviour Intervention Specialist to join their team. The unit supports pupils aged between 11-18, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will be supporting pupils in the community, promoting engagement and development. As a Behaviour Intervention Worker, you will:
Work 1:1 with pupils, promoting both academic and emotional development Regularly communicate with parents and SLT Take attendance in mornings and report to SLT What we are looking for:
Previous experience supporting Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs A full, clean UK driving license and access to a car is essential for this position Comfortable delivering and preparing 1:1 lessons Team Teach training is highly desired TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
