• Job Title: QTS SEN Tutor Core Subjects (Stockport)
• Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
• Pay Rate: GBP
  30 per hour (starting rate)
• Job Type: Temporary Part-Time 20 hours per week

We are seeking a QTS SEN Tutor to join our team in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learners working below expected levels. • Deliver personalised one-to-one GCSE Maths and English tuition for SEN learners.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual emotional, social, and academic needs.
• Support students in developing core subject knowledge, study skills, and exam confidence.
• Create a safe, consistent, and supportive learning environment that promotes engagement and progress.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, carers, or relevant professionals.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English.
• Experience working with SEN students in a one-to-one or small group setting.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
• Full safeguarding and vetting checks (required for all successful applicants).

• PGCE in Secondary Education.
• Experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs.
