New Directions are currently recruiting for a Geography Teacher to work in a Secondary school based in Longsight. The role is starting ASAP on a full time, long term basis until the end of the academic year.
The School:- Mainstream secondary school based in Longsight
- Ofsted-rated 'Good’ the school is recognised for its strong leadership, high-quality teaching, and commitment to pupil development.
- Supportive and pro‑active senior leadership team
- Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
- Support the school's vision and values, and foster a positive learning environment
- Hold a PGCE and UK QTS (or QTLS)
- Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
- Manage behaviour
- Build relationships with students
