ACC actively supports progression through teaching qualifications from Level 4 CET through to Level 5 for career development.
What You Will Do- Deliver engaging, industry‑informed teaching that prepares students for creative careers
- Turn real‑world experience into practical learning students can apply
- Support learners to achieve strong outcomes and progression
- Use digital tools and creative learning methods to enhance delivery
- Contribute to a positive, professional and creative campus culture
- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to improve teaching and outcomes
- Support student progress, attendance and achievement
- Take part in enrichment, events and employer engagement activity
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
- Work closely with safeguarding and inclusion teams to support learners
- Represent the college at open events and recruitment activities
- Level 4 CET or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in a relevant creative discipline
- Relevant industry experience or equivalent professional background
- Proven ability to support learners to achieve successful outcomes
- Confidence delivering engaging, practical and applied teaching
- Good communication, organisation and digital skills
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high standards
