I am working with a trust who are looking to appoint a Head of School for their specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.

The Role:

You will be responsible for leading the behaviour team
Support the team to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner
Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation
Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement

About you:

Must have QTS or NPQSEN
Have extensive leadership experience within SEND and inclusion
Fair but firm approach
Understand the expectations and strategic nature of the role
