Music Lecturer x 2. (1 x 37.5 hours, 1 x 26.5 hours)

This role spans a career pathway from Unqualified Teacher through to Senior Lecturer, recognising that strong teaching comes from a range of backgrounds including industry and academic routes.

ACC actively supports progression through teaching qualifications from Level 4 CET through to Level 5 for career development.

• Deliver engaging, industry informed teaching that prepares students for creative careers

• Support learners to achieve strong outcomes and progression
• Use digital tools and creative learning methods to enhance delivery
• Contribute to a positive, professional and creative campus culture
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to improve teaching and outcomes

• Support student progress, attendance and achievement
• Take part in enrichment, events and employer engagement activity
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
• Work closely with safeguarding and inclusion teams to support learners
• Represent the college at open events and recruitment activities

• Level 4 CET or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in a relevant creative discipline
• Relevant industry experience or equivalent professional background
• Proven ability to support learners to achieve successful outcomes
• Confidence delivering engaging, practical and applied teaching
• Good communication, organisation and digital skills
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high standards
