About the Role
This role is for a Percussion Tutor with the Junior RNCM team. This teacher will work with talented young musicians aged 8-18, helping to develop the next generation of percussionists within an ambitious musical environment.
CompensationSalary Grade: £36.66 to £39.93 per hour (pending pay review, dependent on experience)

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual and chamber music lessons across the range of 'orchestral' percussion.
- Guide students through their musical development, including preparing for auditions, concerts, and conservatoire entry.
- Eligible to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
