Aspire People are currently working with primary schools looking to appoint experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants who can confidently support teaching and learning across the school.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum and be comfortable supporting pupils across different year groups and ability levels.

This role may involve a mixture of classroom support, intervention delivery, and supporting pupils with additional learning needs.

Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
Delivering targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment
Assisting with classroom management and lesson delivery
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required
Helping teachers create engaging and inclusive learning environments
Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Recent experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
Strong curriculum knowledge and understanding of primary education
Experience supporting intervention work and pupil progress
Positive, professional, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
