This Outstanding OFSTED-rated school is committed to providing a nurturing learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential through high-quality teaching and individualised support.

The school is looking to appoint a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful trial period. The successful Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated one-to-one support for a Year 3 pupil with Autism, helping to promote engagement, independence and positive learning behaviours while working closely with the class teacher and SEND team.

The successful Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working within a UK Primary School

• Experience supporting children with Autism on a one-to-one basis

• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
