I am working with a trust who is looking to appoint an English teacher for their specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.

• Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
• Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement.

• Must have QTS.
• Experience working in a specialist school or with SEN pupils.
• A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

• Permanent role.
• Starting September.
• Interviews are being held ASAP.
• Tameside/Wythenshawe location.
• MPS - UPS pay.
