Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full-Time September Start, Greater Manchester.

Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference across a primary school? We are recruiting for an enthusiastic HLTA to support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, leading lessons, and supporting pupils of all abilities.

• Deliver planned lessons across the primary age range during teacher PPA, meetings and absences.
• Lead whole-class teaching when required.
• Deliver high-quality interventions in English, Maths and phonics.
• Support pupils with SEND, Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to assess pupil progress and adapt learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and establish excellent classroom routines.
• Support the wider life of the school through clubs, trips and enrichment activities.

• Holds HLTA Status or equivalent qualification.
• Has previous experience leading whole-class learning.
• Is confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Has experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Is flexible, proactive and committed to improving outcomes.
