  • Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, including SEND learners, in line with the school’s curriculum and safeguarding policies.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and adapt learning activities, and monitor pupil progress.
  • Promote inclusive practice and maintain high expectations for all pupils, regardless of background or ability.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal development.
Benefits
  • A friendly, hardworking, and supportive team of staff and governors.
  • Guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities for professional development.
  • A caring working environment with supportive families and a collaborative team focused on continual improvement.
  • Well-resourced classrooms and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for all children.
  • Enthusiastic, kind, and curious children who love to learn.
Requirements
  • An excellent Teaching Assistant who is passionate about inspiring children to achieve high standards and reach their full potential.
  • A strong team player who can work collaboratively with others and contribute to the school’s ethos and improvement initiatives.
  • Enthusiastic and positive in their approach to supporting teaching and learning.
  • Committed to maintaining high expectations for both themselves and the children they support.
  • Passionate about educating and developing the whole child, both academically and personally.
  • Able to promote inclusion effectively and maintain high expectations for all pupils, regardless of background or ability.
  • Confident and experienced in working with children, providing tailored support that meets individual needs and fosters progress both academically and emotionally.

The candidate will also be required to meet the requirements of the person specification, undergo a full enhanced DBS check, and be eligible to work in the UK. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
