Location: Salford
Salford City Council is seeking a role focused on enabling SEND students to travel independently and supporting their transition to adulthood. You will develop and deliver an independent travel training programme, working with schools, families and partners to assess referrals and undertake journeys to school or college.
The role requires experience with young people, preferably in education or training, and a commitment to promoting independence through practical travel skills and road safety
