  Grade 4, Pts 7-11 (£26,403 to £28,142 FTE). To be pro-rata'd for term time only working

  Purpose:
  
  To bridge the gap between clinical SLT advice and daily classroom practice.
• Specialist Delivery:
  Implement daily high-intensity speech, language, and communication interventions. Ensuring best practice occurs in classrooms daily.
• Assessment:
  Conduct screenings and use quantitative and quality data to identify pupils requiring additional support.
• Liaison:
  Act as the primary point of contact for the Speech and Language Therapists, translating their reports into classroom strategies.
