Cover People are working with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools across Greater Manchester to recruit enthusiastic Psychology graduates to support pupils with a variety of learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable experience working alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams while making a real difference to young people's lives.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Encourage positive behaviour and build strong, trusting relationships
• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

• A degree in Psychology (or a related subject)
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
• An interest in careers such as Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Child Mental Health
