Location: Salford
Salford City College is seeking a Management Training Associate in Housing to deliver high‑quality apprenticeship programmes up to Level 5. You will guide learners, drive progress, and ensure a positive learning experience in both workplace and virtual environments.
You will coach, mentor, assess apprentices, conduct initial assessments, create learning plans, and manage progress reviews while aligning delivery with awarding bodies, funding, Ofsted, and CPD requirements.
