• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of secondary school settings and subjects as required.
• Support pupils’ learning through flexible, effective cover in daily, short-term, or long-term placements.
• Adapt to different school environments and cohorts, maintaining strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Contribute to student progress and behaviour support as directed by hosting schools.
• Engage with schools to understand their needs and deliver reliable cover that meets expectations.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to provide references covering the last 2 years.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain a new DBS.
• A positive, adaptable approach and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
