FIND are delighted to be working with a well established and growing training provider to hire a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor.
This is a hybrid role; you ll predominantly work remotely with regional travel across the North West area for onsite learner observations.

The Role
- Join our Team delivering Health and Social Care Apprenticeships Level 2 to Level 5.
- Working remotely and conducting observations face to face in the field.
- Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards in Health and Social Care education? Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess correct observations? We have the perfect opportunity for you!
- As a team member, you will play a vital role in assessing and verifying that correct observations are taking place for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships ranging from Level 2 to 5.

Requirements:
- Experience in Health and Social Care: A solid background in the field will enable you to evaluate and assess observations accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail:
You must possess a sharp eye for identifying correct observations and providing constructive feedback. - Strong communication skills:
The ability to effectively communicate your findings and suggestions is key to this role. - Flexibility:
Adaptability and the willingness to travel to see the learner on occasion in the workplace for observations.
