Worsley College is seeking a Retention Improvement Officer to support student attendance and engagement. The role involves monitoring attendance and retention, building positive relationships with students, parents and carers, and collaborating with teaching and support staff to address concerns and improve participation.
This permanent, term-time role is 20 hours per week, with a salary band 8 (£23,940 per annum pro rata).
