A well-regarded secondary school in the M30 area of Manchester is seeking a Behaviour & Inclusion Manager to join its pastoral team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026. You will work alongside experienced pastoral leaders to support students whose behaviour is preventing them from reaching their potential, helping them reflect, rebuild confidence, and return to the classroom.
You’ll oversee the Reflect provision, delivering restorative conversations and supporting behaviour
