• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during small group or one-to-one interventions.

• Recent and relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential, depending on experience.
