Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3/4 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Salford on a part-time basis (2 days per week) from September until July.

This long‑term Primary Teacher opportunity is perfect for a teacher looking for flexibility while maintaining the consistency of working within the same school throughout the academic year. You'll be joining a caring and inclusive primary school where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Working alongside a supportive Key Stage 2 team, the successful Year 3/4 Teacher will deliver engaging lessons and help create a positive, respectful learning environment where every pupil feels valued.

The successful Year 3/4 Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing and assessing learning across their two teaching days, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and excellent outcomes for pupils.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for a Year 3/4 class
  , following the Primary National Curriculum
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and learning
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support positive outcomes for every child
• Work collaboratively with the wider Key Stage 2 team to ensure continuity of learning across the week

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally as a Year 3 Teacher
  , Year 4 Teacher or Year 3/4 Teacher
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and reflective approach to teaching
• ECTs are encouraged to apply

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
