Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3/4 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Salford on a part-time basis (2 days per week) from September until July.
This long‑term Primary Teacher opportunity is perfect for a teacher looking for flexibility while maintaining the consistency of working within the same school throughout the academic year. You'll be joining a caring and inclusive primary school where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Working alongside a supportive Key Stage 2 team, the successful Year 3/4 Teacher will deliver engaging lessons and help create a positive, respectful learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
The successful Year 3/4 Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing and assessing learning across their two teaching days, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and excellent outcomes for pupils.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for a Year 3/4 class
, following the Primary National Curriculum - Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and learning
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support positive outcomes for every child
- Work collaboratively with the wider Key Stage 2 team to ensure continuity of learning across the week
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally as a Year 3 Teacher
, Year 4 Teacher or Year 3/4 Teacher - Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and reflective approach to teaching
- ECTs are encouraged to apply
