Alternative Provision (PRU) Teacher
- Manchester The Education Specialists are seeking an experienced and committed Alternative Provision (PRU) Teacher to join a school in Manchester, supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and additional needs to access learning and achieve their potential.
This is a full-time, long-term position within a specialist Alternative Provision setting.
The school has a strong focus on personalised learning and pupil wellbeing, making it an excellent opportunity for a Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact with students who may be disengaged from mainstream education.

Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching pupils with SEND & challenging behaviour Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies Experience supporting needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
The Successful Candidate Will:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs Support pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs Monitor, assess and track pupil progress Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
