- Trafford Park (Hybrid – 1 day from home)
- Permanent | Full-time
- Up to £38,000 per annum
About the Role
Reed Further Education are partnering with a leading training provider to recruit a HGV Skills Development Tutor.
- Deliver engaging training programmes to support learner achievement
- Develop learners’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours
- Support progression and successful course completion
- Hybrid role based in Trafford Park Skills Centre
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver open days, taster sessions, and IAG to attract learners
- Manage learner and employer caseloads to ensure retention
- Plan and deliver high-quality face-to-face and blended learning
- Assess progress, track KPIs, and provide constructive feedback
About You
- Industry experience within HGV or related vocational sector
- Teaching qualification (or working towards)
- Strong focus on learner support and motivation
- Confident using digital systems and e-learning platforms
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
- 1–2 years teaching, training, or assessment experience
- Knowledge of OFSTED or quality standards
