Milk Education is seeking Psychology graduates to become Learning Support Assistants in specialist SEN schools across Teesside. This full-time role offers hands-on experience supporting pupils with ASC, ADHD, SLCN, and other needs while contributing to their education and future outcomes.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will work with teachers and therapists, providing one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils access learning and build confidence in a inclusive school setting.
