About the Role:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support learning and engagement Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, parents, and external agencies Monitor student progress and adapt approaches to suit individual needs

About You:

QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification - must have completed ECT years Experience working in a special school or mainstream setting with SEN pupils Skilled in behaviour management and differentiated teaching A calm, patient, and resilient nature Passionate about inclusive education and committed to every child's success
