Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an A-Level college in South Manchester who are seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Maths specialist with proven experience teaching A-Level Mathematics. The role will be offered on a 3-day-per-week basis, making it ideal for a teacher looking for part-time work while still securing a meaningful, long-term opportunity in a post-16 setting.
The successful teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging A-Level Maths lessons, supporting students with their academic progress, and maintaining high expectations across the classroom. Strong behaviour management is essential, as the college is looking for a teacher who can build positive relationships with students while ensuring a focused and productive learning environment.

- Planning, delivering and assessing high-quality Maths lessons
- Supporting students in preparation for exams and future progression
- Qualified Teacher Status, QTLS or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching A-Level Mathematics
- Strong subject knowledge across post-16 Maths
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to motivate and engage learners
- A professional, reliable and committed approach
- A passion for helping students achieve strong academic outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
