7th September 2026 Expected end date: 23rd July 2027 Educato is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive SEND school in Failsworth, who are looking to appoint passionate SEN Teachers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to helping children and young people with additional needs achieve their full potential.

The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Complex Needs.

Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.

Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.

We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching pupils with SEND, either within a specialist setting or mainstream school.

A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
