Job Description Join Our Team at Polaris Education - Martha H School! Position: SEN Teacher
Contract:
Full Time, Term Time Only Salary: £28,000 - £39,520 (dependent on experience)

Hours:

We are proud that 100% of our education services have been rated as Good or Outstanding by Ofsted! Your Role and Responsibilities As a SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, addressing the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
Support the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviours.
Monitor and report on pupils' progress, collaborating with staff to ensure their needs are met.
Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
Build positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and achieve positive learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A suitable degree-level qualification.
Previous successful teaching experience.
Experience working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
