• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with complex SEND.
• Adapt lesson plans, resources, and teaching strategies to ensure all students can access learning.
• Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor, assess, and record student achievement and development.
• Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication needs.
