Luma Education Recruitment is recruiting a dedicated Science Teacher to join a specialist school supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is a rewarding permanent opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering engaging Science lessons to small class sizes, allowing you to make a genuine difference to every learner.

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons tailored to pupils with SEMH and SEN.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes.
• Create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support pupils' academic, emotional and social development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching to help every pupil achieve their potential.

• Salary of £34,000-£44,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
