Milk Education is seeking caring, resilient and dedicated Pastoral Support Workers to work across a range of schools in South Manchester from September.
We are looking for professionals with experience supporting children and young people with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and personal development.

, Behaviour Mentors

, Learning Support Assistants
, Youth Workers and Support Workers who enjoy building strong relationships with young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
You’ll work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and wider school staff to provide individualised support, helping pupils feel safe, supported and able to engage positively with education.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and small-group pastoral support to pupils
- Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people
- Deliver mentoring and targeted interventions where appropriate
- Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships
- Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and wider school staff
- Support pupils who may be experiencing barriers to learning or attendance
