This could be particularly beneficial if you're considering a future career as a
** SENCO, Educational Psychologist, teacher, therapist, or other education professional**.

* * Providing 1:1 and small-group support

* Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs

* Helping children develop emotional regulation

* Supporting classroom learning and interventions

* Building positive relationships with pupils

* Working alongside teachers and SENCOs

* Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement

* * Psychology, Child Psychology, or related degree

* Genuine interest in working with children

* Passion for SEND and inclusive education

* Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach

* Strong communication skills
