We are excited to be searching for a Training Advisor to join the People Team at GAUCHO Restaurants on an 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, passionate and people-focused individual to support the delivery of our industry-renowned training programmes across our regional restaurants.

As a Training Advisor, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters, coordinating Academy training programmes, maintaining our learning platforms and supporting the development of our restaurant teams. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, Academy Trainers and restaurant leadership teams, you'll help ensure every team member receives the very best start to their GAUCHO journey.

This role involves regular travel across our UK restaurants, including overnight stays, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working on the road and supporting multiple sites.
