Eden Brown are looking for a dedicated Progress Tutor to join a leading Further Education College in the Greater Manchester area.

This role is full time, temporary to start on 7th September.

• Provide tailored academic support to students, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering guidance and strategies for improvement.
• Foster a supportive and motivating environment to build student's confidence.
• Work closely with subject teachers to align support with individual learning needs.
• Assist with study skills and exam preparation, ensuring students are fully prepared for their assessments.

• Previous experience in a tutoring or academic support role (ideally within a post-16 education setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in supporting young people and contributing to their success.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students effectively.
