Our client is seeking an exceptional leader to join their Senior Leadership Team. As Vice Principal – Inclusion & Student Experience you will lead Additional Learning Support, Inclusion, Safeguarding, Attendance, Student Experience, Careers and Enrichment, driving innovation, removing barriers to achievement and ensuring every learner and apprentice can succeed.

This influential role requires a strategic and inspirational leader with a strong track record in Further Education or a similar setting, excellent safeguarding expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences for students.
