Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support children within EYFS settings across our partner primary schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for Nursery Practitioners and Early Years professionals who want to transfer their existing skills into a school environment and continue developing their career within education.

Your experience supporting children's communication, development, behaviour, independence, and learning through play can be highly transferable to an EYFS classroom.

The Role:

Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
Supporting learning through play and exploration
Developing children's communication and language skills
Supporting phonics, early Maths, and literacy activities
Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development
Supporting observations and assessment
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff

We're Looking For:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
Recent experience working with children aged 3-5
Strong understanding of child development
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Patient, nurturing, and creative approach
Strong communication skills
