Aspire People are recruiting experienced Primary Teachers looking for part-time opportunities delivering PPA cover, classroom cover, interventions, and additional teaching support across primary schools.

This could be an excellent opportunity for teachers who want to remain in the classroom but are looking for a role that offers greater flexibility than a traditional full-time class teacher position.

Whether you're looking to work a few days each week or are specifically interested in PPA teaching, we'll work with you to find opportunities that match your experience and availability.

The Role Could Include:
Delivering planned PPA lessons across different year groups
Providing short-term classroom cover
Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 depending on your strengths
Delivering small-group interventions
Supporting pupils to access the curriculum
Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom expectations
Working across different classes throughout the school

We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent UK primary teaching experience
Strong curriculum knowledge
Confident classroom and behaviour management
Flexible and adaptable approach
Reliable and professional attitude
