Grade 5 – Scale Points 13 to 19 (29,064 - 32,061)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Site Manager for Crosslee Community Primary
School.
Crosslee is part of the CLIC Co-operative Trust with 6 other primary schools (all based in Greater
Manchester).

Work as part of the team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives, supporting the school in ensuring a suitable and safe environment

Be proactive to identify hazards and complete tasks in line with safe working practices and health and safety regulations

Manage the premises team to deliver high-quality service by monitoring performance and standards

Share their expertise and full working knowledge of relevant legislation and health and safety procedures

Manage, maintain, monitor and evidence safe, effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the site including record keeping and the completion of compliance tasks
