October 2026 or January 2027 We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Maidstone, Kent . The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the KS1 curriculum Creating an engaging, inclusive and positive classroom environment Supporting pupils to make strong academic and personal progress Assessing and monitoring pupil progress Differentiating lessons to meet individual learning needs Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development About You We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development Has excellent classroom management skills Is organised, reliable and adaptable Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff Is committed to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment DBS Requirement A fully enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service , or Be willing to apply for a new enhanced DBS check.
