We're currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Manchester on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis

You'll be joining a

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes across a range of secondary year groups
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning
• Managing behaviour effectively and following school policies
• Building positive relationships with pupils while maintaining appropriate classroom expectations

• Recent experience working with children or young people
• Experience with in education, youth work, sports coaching or mentoring is advantageous
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
• Confident working independently and adapting to different classroom environments

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
