This is a temporary, full-time Electrical Installation Lecturer role, working 40 hours per week from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation to learners, including evening classes, helping learners develop their practical skills, knowledge, and confidence.

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation
• Deliver theoretical and practical learning within the classroom and workshop environment
• Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet programme requirements
• Provide learners with clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout their studies
• Monitor learner progress and identify areas where additional support may be required
• Maintain accurate records relating to learner progress and achievement
• Encourage learners to develop their knowledge, practical skills, and confidence
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment
• Ensure teaching and learning is delivered to a consistently high standard
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective delivery of the Electrical Installation provision
• Deliver evening classes as required

• Proven experience teaching Electrical Installation at Level 2 and Level 3
• Strong practical knowledge and industry understanding of Electrical Installation
• Ability to confidently deliver both classroom and workshop-based sessions

• Salary 34 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Temporary position to 5th July 2027
• Working hours are 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, 5 days per week
