Deputy Headteacher to join our hard working and dedicated staff team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful senior leader who has a proven track record of improving the quality of education and leading whole school improvement.

The Governing Board are looking for aDeputy Headteacher who:

• Has a commitment to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment, ensuring that all children are able to flourish.
• Has strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire,motivate and develop staff and pupils.
• Is passionate about delivering a rich, inclusive curriculum thatmeets the needs of a diverse pupil population.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Can foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration and excellence.
• Embraces inclusion and understands how to support children withSEND and other barriers to learning.

• Assist the Headteacher with the day-to day organisation of the school.
• Deputise for the Headteacher in their absence.
